If your house was on fire what would be the first few things you'll grab?
It's not something new, this question. I've been asked this a few times and each I've answered with pictures or photo albums. There are some who would make reply to my answer with stumped faces because they'd much rather rescue their laptops, phones, and other digital gadgets. Oh don't get me wrong, I'd save my gadgets too, especially my camera, but my first instinct is to grab the albums of pictures I know I can never retrieve back if they were to be engulfed by flames.
I've been going through stacks of photo albums and as I was flipping through each page, reminiscing on the old times, my passion for taking pictures was reignited. I then also found my true reason for loving pictures so much.
But anyway, new year means new resolutions and I've already made one which I intend to keep. That resolution is to capture ALL moments, compile the best ones, and print them all out. Think about it, what if one day all the technology in the world stopped working? All the pictures on the net and on your computer cannot be retrieved forever and your children and their children will never ever have the chance to see how you look like without wrinkles and neither will they ever know how their great grandparents look like.
That scares the heck out of me. I practically live for pictures. They say you only die once people stop talking about you; I can't imagine the agony I'll go through if my children and grandchildren will never get to know my mom. omg nooo *tears

My all time favourite picture of my mom.

I think that's my grandmother. That's why pictures are so important; I wouldn't know how my grandmama would look like if without this.

My journal. And that's me being a baby lol. I think my dad did a pretty good job at snapping the pic right?

Momsey and Dad awww.

Perfect song to describe my day today.
