So Comical

"The things I could do with Photoshop! Oh goodness!"
I remember telling that to one of my friends before I had Photoshop but when I finally received it, I did nothing. I guess sometimes the thrill of the chase is more fun than the kill.

But anyway, whilst wasting countless amount of time on unnecessary things like Facebook yesterday, I stumbled on a picture of a mutual friend of mine in a photo-shoot. Jaw dropping, I went through the whole album with envy because the pictures were really, really, spectacular and were all taken in Malaysia. (I always thought all "tumblr-like" pictures could only be achieved in places..not here, so yes, I was very amused.) I was also reading all the comments and found out a little that the photographer had used photoshop and with that, and a little pinch of jealousy, I was driven to finally explore Photoshop.

These two pictures are the result. I was going for a more...comic-strip kind-of feel but this was all I could achieve (now). I also realize that I need to take more picture of myself (because there's no one to model for me :( ) hahahah.

Sometimes jealously is a good way to drive people to do things don't you think? But only sometimes. I'm going to take time to explore Photoshop more.
