Logos Hope

An umbrella in his hand and a gentle smile on his face; what a nice sight to take in before walking into the Logos ship. I fear that my lack of a social life has made every guy look possibly more attractive than they are..but wait, no, there were definitely many attractive employees on the ship. I swear!

Blue eyes!

Yeah I admit - with a little shame- that that was the highlight of my day - feasting my eyes upon attractive employees on the ship...and talking to a few. Don't judge me, your eyes would've done the same.

But I have a valid reason! but before that, I shall explain what the Logos ship is.

6

From Jamaica to Jordan, Malaysia to Mozambique, Vietnam to Veneziela, the Logos ship is (according to google) the largest floating book store in the world that has visited well over 500 different ports in more than 160 countries and territories and has welcomes over 40 million visitors on board. Their goal is to bring knowledge, help, and hope to people in the world.

I took a little information here and there from their site.

There were many books there but not as much as what I've seen in Big Bad Wolf and they were all a tad big expensive so I kept comparing and commenting on how I would've easily gotten this book cheaper and et cetera. Yes, I'm Chinese. There, my reason. And since I had already bought quite a lot of books from BBW, my goal for Logos was not to get any books (which was a success fyi) and to focus my attention on something else.

Honestly I don't even know why I'm justifying myself here...oh yes..to lessen my guilt. HAHA.

Awww look at the baby animals :)

In my opinion, the greatest and most creative children's book ever.

Classmates listening to the little presentation.

Maelodee's little Dinosaur encyclopedia. In case of a maybe-one-day-it'll-happen-but-hopefully-never dinosaur invasion, look for her.

Oh, there were very cute comics(?) displayed on the wall. I think Maelodee and I were the only ones who had took the time to actually go through and understand the whole story line. Mehh :)

"Sons, girls standing on boxes with xxx marked on it are very bad for you and no leaning against walls with shovel on it too!" Haha I'm so lame.

Anyway, overall, I loved being on Logos and I 100% support their cause or vision, whichever. And I hope, actually, no, I will volunteer to work on the ship! I will I will! What they're doing, I can confidently say, is what I want to do in life - to travel and to help people.

*Crossing my fingers for a chance to work on Logos!
Love, AngelKein.

For more information, check out their site > here. They might be sailing near you soon!

It is definitely a good exposure to be able to travel and help out.. and you get to see with all walks of life on board!

I was on the one before Logos Hope, Doulos. If you google, Logos (if I am not wrong) means greek for Word of God.
