An early Saturday, slept like a baby but only to be waken up by the sound of my mom shouting(not that she doesn't shout everyday but was different today). She shouted "aiyohh! mahlao!!". Which was not your average shouting like "drink water!" or anything like that.
Today, woken up to my mom's screaming.
Running out of my room with blurry eyes.
Looking out the balcony.
Seeing a monkey and my dog in war.
And my dad launches out of his room.
Trying to shoo away the monkey.
And then shouting at me "get me the stick!."
And I was all blur, trying to take in the scene.
By the time I got to the stick, they closed the balcony's glass door, not needing the stick anymore. Only leaving me with this face --> =_=
Wanted to get back to sleep but was to excited because all my years, 15 years to be exact, living in this condo, never have this happened before. Among all the residents living, among them lives those wild packs of monkeys. They were shot and some left dead. They were hurled at. They were chased away. Nothing could have been done to get them away from our property.
But thinking about it, is it our property in the first place?
No it isn't. We humans have invaded their land.
It's just like British taking the Indian's lands during the Revolutionary War (learning bout it now, History book).
So anyways. The monkey.
And when a girl has a camera and confidence in herself.
By the way, I was woken up at 8am.
And now, finishing this post at 10am.
The monkey is still there.
I honestly pity the monkey but I wonder why he's still there.
I told my mom the monkey is like those along that doesn't give up until his enemy die.
And now, the enemy is my dog. I shall not let him harm my dog.
I will be armed with many weapons, I will be armed with my b-b gun!
And don't you laugh at that or I'll shoot you.
You shall know how painful it is. :D
