One dollar may not be much but at least it's something.

It's those moments when you happen to click on History Channel or National Geographic and they showed documentary of people that died in war or people that are, even now, suffering cause of war. Not only war, even on cancer, AIDS, etc..etc.. Then you just stop to think, how lucky you are. How lucky you are to have a home to come back to. How lucky you are sitting there, reading this on your comfortable chair.

While I'm complaining about how fat I am or how ugly I am, people are dying. Every minute people die, heck, even every SECOND. Every second someone dies of cancer or AIDS or whatever it is. While I'm complaining about how fat or how ugly I am, someone had lost someone that is very dear to them. You might say, "oh please, you're only insert-age-in, what do YOU know?". Well, I know enough things to fill my insert-age-in brain, I know that YOU know people are suffering and yet you're not doing anything. I know I'm know people are suffering yet I'm not doing anything.

But what CAN we do? We may not have a million dollars to give them, but we sure have one dollar. It may not be much but at least it's something. And don't you dare tell me you don't have a dollar. If you could afford to read this on your computer or in the Internet cafe, I think you would have one dollar to spare.

THAT is what I had in mind since this morning. :P
Cause I happen to click on History channel and they showed the people that died because of Saddam Hussein. Then they showed his secret hiding place with all the files and pictures of the people they tortured. Normally they'll censor their pictures cause it's so utterly ekk-ish but they didn't this time. So I saw the people that got tortured with their limbs cut off and eyeballs blueks out. Okay, blueks is a very inappropriate word to describe it but I don't know any other words. And then the guy that was recording the thing said that "No one, even the cruelest of men can do such a thing. The only one that could do such a thing is the devil".
