They say it because..

" I'm so fat" or "I'm so ugly".
Something most girls have said and guys are left confused.
Even with the hottest body, a girl would somehow say they're fat.
Why,you ask?

This is MY opinion.

1) They want compliments.
Some times a girl do not receive the compliments that she wants and in order to get any, she say negative things about herself and expect you to deny it and give a compliment instead.
For example.

Girl : ARGH! I'M SO FAT AND UGLY!
Boy : No you're not! You're hot!

And the girl would secretly be happy although sometimes she may continue on on how she's fat and ugly. Or...Sometimes she just thinks she's fat. XP

2) They lack in self confidence.
Some girls are just lacking of self confidence.
They may have been called names before or have been criticize and may have lost their confidence that way. Some girls may have parts of themself that they don't like and that may also affect their self confidence.

3) Compare.
They compare themselves to more pretty and beautiful girls.
Like fashion models or Hollywood stars.
Or maybe some one they know.
I think , even the prettiest girl in the world may think some one is prettier than her.

4) Hearing people's sayings.
" I think she's hot" says someone.
She may have heard of it and thought to herself "why can't I be like her?"
Also like comparing.

5) She's fat.
She's fat and she admits it.
XP
She wants to say it herself so that you won't.


So that's MY opinion on why.
