What's the meaning of life?

I'm happy i made new friends these few days but one of them is strangely emotional..

Him : my life sucks.
Me : why?
Him : i don't know the meaning of life and i've to do work.
Me : *speechless*

Well....i forgotten the rest of it but i know what's the meaning of life..For me,it's for living a life for God..and no..i'm not hoohaah-ing..
